Ok will do. I think my own aversion to dirt might be stopping me going full on dirty

Ok so quick update, i submitted and received feedback on the flight cap i'd bought along the lines that Geoff posted about. Firstly i want to thank Geoff and Empathy for their help but after i made the changes to the flight cap to try and meet what the judge wanted, to be perfectly honest i was unhappy with how it looked at that point. I think at this point i am going to look at alternate vendors and try and get a more screen accurate one that i will be happy to wear. On the positive side, the judge seemed to be happy with everything else so it is just this one issue i need to resolve.

The whole flight cap thing was entirely unexpected but I suppose at least we now know. Not a great help though.

I only know of one vendor who's making these off the shelf. I've got one and I think they're sufficiently accurate. I did a little tidying up of the ear foam to make it look a bit more polished. They're UK based so that's a bonus.

You can always go with what you have and swap it later. That's what I did.

At least we have also got those requirements onto the forum/highlighted on the forum. I really thing RAID needs a bit of a tidy up in terms of resources.

Congratulations and well done on your persistence. I've added you to the SU77 roster and, as your welcome email says, head over to http://www.forum.rebellegion.com/forum/ ... hp?t=10067 and add yourself to the global detachment.

Last one to the bunker buys the beer, and watch what you step in.

Thanks all.

Yeah I figured it was lost somewhere in the main forums mail system. I have received it now and signed up for the detachment.
