och no it’s okay, like you said, limited space there. And there’s no rush to get it submitted for an event in particular or anything so it’s all good :+)

Lama Su or a giraffe required?

Looks fantastic though, just in time for summer.

for summer up here... a furry cape might actually be necessary.

Thanks guys! suppose part of the peril of an animated costume is that the proportions are just gonna be... strange, especially when it’s so stylised.

I find my proportions are pretty close to animated references.

For Mr Greedy and Shrek.

its like reverse engineering a fashion illustration into a flat.

Its Finding that balance between what you keep to make it look animated and stylized, but working that with your actual body. You've done a great job.

Great job Beth. Can't wait to see you troop in this.

Would like to see some final full body images before submission, just because the lighting can scew things. Bring on the submission train!

ok so... bit later than anticipated because of those pesky adult responsibilities outside of Star Wars.. bleh. But whole thing together! The whites seem to not match, but I think that’s due to my lovely flattering energy saving lights. The suit, cape and gloves are a true bright white. The boots are the teeeniest shade away from white. the belt is an ivory. The trim and Pom poms are near identical too as same fabric. Also I should probably have steamed my cape before I took these because the lining was sitting a bit funny, so looks a tiny bit bunched up at the back. When it was ironed out before, I didn’t have that problem so I’m sure it’s just a dressing issue. The little furry bobbles too, are on the same length of string so not sure why looking soooo uneven.

I also added photos of boots with wedge heel etc, and my zip and stuff under the chin as well as cape closure.

Anywaysssss short novel over, any feedback or criticisms before I put this in would be appreciated
